What Your Experience Looks Like at Primrose

A tight age range by design—toddler classrooms are grouped within a 3-4 month age range, so you're planning for children at genuinely the same stage, not stretching one lesson across a year of development
The same roster all year—children stay in one classroom with one set of teachers and friends from September through June/July/August, so they never get uprooted mid-year and you never lose the momentum you've built with them
A dedicated Education Coach who helps you refine your craft and grow as a professional
A carefully paired co-teacher chosen to complement your teaching style
An assigned Faculty Support Teacher who covers breaks and planning time daily
Ongoing support from a 4-person Leadership Team who are present and invested
Fully stocked classrooms—all materials, décor, and supplies provided

Why the Age Range Matters

A narrow age range isn't a scheduling detail. It changes what your day actually looks like. Instruction and classroom design are built for one developmental stage instead of trying to serve the most and least mobile toddlers in the room at once. It also makes for a physically safer classroom: fewer mismatches in size, mobility, and mouthing behaviors that typically drive toddler injuries. Less time managing a wide range of abilities means more time actually teaching.

Who You Are

You're an experienced toddler educator who wants to be great at what you do—and wants to work somewhere that makes that possible. You understand how much stability and consistency matter at this age, and you value a school that structures the classroom around that instead of asking you to compensate for a wide, unpredictable age spread. You value professionalism, partnership with families, and a school that respects your time, skill, and well-being.

You communicate openly, collaborate naturally, and appreciate being part of a team that supports one another and celebrates the work.

Expert-Provided Curriculum

You'll teach using our Balanced Learning Curriculum, written by early education experts. You will never be asked to spend your personal time writing curriculum or reinventing the wheel.

Growth Opportunities

We invest in our teachers. Skill development, leadership pathways, and promotion from within are real here—9 teachers have already moved from classrooms into leadership roles.

You Are Essential

Every teacher in our school matters. Our faculty are an investment—not a cost—and we are committed to producing not just better classrooms, but better lives for the people who lead them. This includes ensuring that you receive a consistent schedule of 40 hours every week.
