Toddler Teacher

Overview

Mona Prep is a small, close-knit preschool where we build strong relationships with children, families, and one another. We are seeking two Toddler Teachers who believe young children learn through meaningful experiences, warm relationships, and active play.

We are looking for individuals who take initiative, work well with a team, and bring both warmth and strong classroom management to each day. You should enjoy getting down on a child’s level to listen, play, teach, and help them work through challenges.

In this role, you will:

• Create engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for 2 and 3-year-olds.
• Lead a classroom with clear routines, positive guidance, and attention to each child’s safety.
• Build caring, professional relationships with children and families.
• Work closely with fellow teachers and contribute to a supportive school community.
• Notice what needs to be done and take initiative to help the classroom run smoothly.

Our ideal candidate has:

• Experience teaching young children in a preschool setting.
• A Child Development Associate degree (CDA)
• A genuine passion for children and their development.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and classroom management skills.
• The drive to plan, follow through, and keep growing as an educator.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
