Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Lead Toddler Infant Teacher ( 18+) to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment tailored specifically for toddlers and infants. Your leadership will inspire young children’s growth and development while collaborating closely with families and fellow educators. Responsibilities

• Lead daily classroom activities designed to promote early childhood development, including age-appropriate play, learning exercises, and social interactions.
• Develop and implement creative lesson plans aligned with developmental milestones and curriculum standards for toddlers and infants.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by maintaining strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
• Foster positive behavior management strategies to encourage cooperation, respect, and emotional regulation among children.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns, building strong partnerships based on trust.
• Supervise and mentor assistant teachers or caregivers, providing guidance on classroom management and child engagement techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation of children's developmental progress, attendance records, and incident reports as required.

Experience

• Prior experience working with young children in a daycare, preschool, or early childhood education setting is essential.
• Demonstrated classroom management skills in managing groups of toddlers or infants effectively.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
• Experience working with children with special needs or disabilities is a valuable plus.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional training in special education or behavior management is preferred.
• Familiarity with caregiving roles such as nannying or babysitting that involve caring for infants and toddlers enhances your candidacy. Pay: $15.50 - $18.00 per hour
