Toddler Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Toddler Teacher for our early childhood education program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development and experience working with young toddlers (12-24months). As a Toddler Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes the growth and development of all children in our care.

The hours for this position are: Monday - Friday 10am - 5:00pm (with 1-hour unpaid lunch)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and support your fellow staff.
• Ensure a safe and healthy environment for children by adhering to first aid protocols and maintaining cleanliness in the nursery.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress.
• Organize activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development among children.

Experience

• Experience in early childhood education or childcare settings such as daycare centers or preschools is preferred
• Experience working with toddlers in a private setting (ex, nanny, babysitting)
• Strong understanding of childhood development principle

Requirements

• Tachers must have all required PDIS Training Certificates.
• Must have current CPR/First Aid certification (or be willing to obtain upon hire).
• Must pass all background checks
• Must be physically able to lift infants

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
