Pay: $20–$21 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- Lead and support daily Toddler classroom routines
- Create developmentally appropriate learning and play experiences
- Encourage early language, communication, independence, and social-emotional development
- Guide children through meals, diapering/toileting readiness, rest time, outdoor play, and transitions
- Use positive guidance to support emerging social skills and classroom behaviors
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, clean, and engaging classroom
- Observe children's development and communicate regularly with families
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership
- Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements

Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification required
- Previous Toddler classroom experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
- Patient, energetic, nurturing, and dependable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
