We are seeking a caring, energetic, and dependable Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood team.

We are a small, supportive Early Learning Center seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic Toddler Teacher to join our team. We offer small classroom sizes, pay based on experience, hands-on leadership support, on-the-job training, and opportunities for professional growth.

A CDA is NOT required at the time of hire. If you enjoy working with young children, are reliable, willing to learn, and interested in growing in Early Childhood Education, we encourage you to apply. Previous childcare experience is preferred, and we are willing to train and support the right candidate.

What You'll Do

• Provide attentive and active supervision
• Build warm, nurturing relationships with toddlers
• Engage children in play, small groups, music, movement, art, books, and outdoor activities
• Support children's social-emotional, language, cognitive, and physical development
• Follow classroom routines and schedules
• Assist with lesson planning, observations, and assessments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom
• Communicate professionally with families
• Work collaboratively with classroom staff and program leadership
• Participate in training and professional development

Education & Professional Growth

Candidates currently pursuing a CDA, studying Early Childhood Education, or interested in obtaining an early childhood credential are encouraged to apply.

We provide on-the-job training, professional development, Teaching Strategies training, and support with lesson planning, observations, and assessments.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
