Toddler Room Teacher

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible caregiver for a toddler classroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children,as well as fostering their social, emotional, cognitive and faith development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning.
• Support children's social-emotional development through behavior management strategies and positive reinforcement techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, developmental milestones, and other required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote child welfare at all times.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Experience

• Prior classroom experience working with toddlers is desirable.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, parents, and children.

Job Type: Full-time
