Toddler & Pre-K Lead Teacher

Immersion Montessori School is seeking a warm, compassionate, and dedicated lead teacher to join our team in the Upper Valley.

We are looking for an educator inspired by the Montessori philosophy and committed to fostering independence, curiosity, and purposeful learning. The ideal candidate believes in guiding rather than directing, values deep respect for the child, and is eager to grow within a collaborative and mission-driven community.

Montessori training is preferred; however, we offer training and mentoring for the right candidate who is aligned with our methodology and excited to deepen their understanding of Montessori education.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
