Pay: $20–$24 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Start: ASAP
- Lead a safe, nurturing, and engaging toddler classroom
- Implement developmentally appropriate activities and our L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Encourage language development, independence, movement, and social-emotional growth
- Support meals, diapering/toileting, rest time, outdoor play, and classroom transitions
- Provide consistent routines and positive behavior guidance
- Observe children's development and celebrate important milestones
- Maintain required classroom documentation
- Build strong, professional relationships with families
- Guide and collaborate with classroom support teachers
- Follow applicable New York City childcare regulations

Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education required
- Previous toddler, daycare, preschool, or early childhood teaching experience preferred
- Lead classroom experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of toddler development and age-appropriate practices
- Patient, dependable, energetic, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Must meet applicable New York City childcare requirements
