Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Three Year Old Teacher to join our early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing and engaging environment tailored specifically for pre school children at the age of three, fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Duties

• Implement age-appropriate curriculum focused on early childhood education principles, including literacy, math, social skills, and physical activity
• Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence among three-year-olds
• Conduct regular assessments of child development to tailor instruction and support individual learning needs
• Manage classroom routines efficiently, including transitions, circle time, play activities, and nap schedules
• Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones through daily updates and parent-teacher conferences
• Incorporate individualized strategies and early intervention techniques to support children with diverse learning needs
• Apply behavior management techniques to foster positive behavior and social interactions among students
• Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and maintain accurate documentation of student progress and incidents
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop lesson plans that integrate Montessori methods or other educational philosophies as appropriate
• Maintain current certifications such as First Aid and CPR to ensure safety at all times

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with young children in a preschool or daycare setting, preferably with toddlers or three-year-olds
• Strong knowledge of childhood development stages, curriculum implementation, and early intervention strategies
• Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management practices for preschoolers
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members effectively
• Ability to plan and implement engaging lessons that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and social-emotional learning
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is required; ongoing professional development in early childhood education is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to foster a nurturing environment that promotes child welfare and safety
