What You'll Do
Create a warm, engaging child-centered classroom that encourages independence and exploration.- Plan meaningful, age-appropriate learning experiences and maintain consistant, positive daily routines.
- Observe and support each child's development.
- Collaborate with colleagues and communicate warmly with families.
- Support daily care, including toileting, diapering, meals, and outdoor play.
- Maintain a safe, organized environment that meets EEC licensing requirements.
What We're Looking For
Massachusetts EEC Teacher certification appropriate for toddlers.- At least one year of early childhood classroom experience.
- A dependable, punctual team player who communicates openly, collaborates with colleagues, and takes initiative.
- A warm, energetic personality and a genuine love for young children.
- Montessori experience is a plus, but not required.
- CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to complete employer-paid training.
- Ability to regularly get up and down from the floor and safely lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Schedule & Benefits
Monday–Friday | Approximately 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
35–40 hours per week, depending on scheduling needs.
