Teacher/ Lead Teacher

• Lead and support the teaching team.
• Ensure the safety, well-being, and academic and social-emotional progress of the children.
• Maintain constant communication with families.
• Document and evaluate child development to adjust teaching strategies.
• Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish), is a must.
• A Preschool Lead Teacher is responsible for designing and implementing creative, developmentally appropriate, and safe lesson plans while managing classroom operations and supervising assistant teachers.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and educational activities that meet early childhood education standards.
• Create a nurturing, safe, and organized classroom environment, including managing daily routines such as snacks and nap times.
• Observe and track each child's progress in social, cognitive, and emotional development, creating records and progress reports.
• Maintain open, consistent communication with families, discussing child development, milestones, and daily routines.
