Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for young learners. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, managing classroom dynamics, and ensuring the overall development of students in a nurturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting a respectful and inclusive environment.
• Provide physical education activities that encourage physical development and teamwork.
• Care for toddlers with attention to their emotional and physical needs.
• Educate students in foundational subjects, including math, through interactive and hands-on learning experiences.
• Collaborate with other educators to develop comprehensive curriculum strategies.
• Assess student progress regularly and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
• Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support student growth.

Skills

• Strong classroom management skills to maintain an orderly learning environment.
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques to address various student needs.
• Experience in early childhood education, particularly in daycare settings.
• Proficient in lesson planning and curriculum development tailored for young learners.
• Ability to educate students effectively in subjects such as math while integrating play-based learning approaches.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and staff members.
• A nurturing attitude towards toddler care and the ability to create a safe space for exploration and learning.
