Site Assistants - Before & After School Program

We are seeking Site Assistants to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year. WFC's Before & After School Programs are located at Nathan Hale, Casimir Pulaski, and Hanover elementary schools.

Responsibilities include assisting teachers in day-to-day activities, engaging children in enrichment activities, providing homework assistance, and ensuring children’s safety at all times.

Site Assistants should have some experience and a genuine passion for working with young children in grades K-5.

Program runs the school calendar year Aug 2026 - June 2027

Work schedule: 25 hours per week

• Monday through Friday: 6:45am - 8:45am
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 3:00pm - 6:00pm
• Thursday: 2:30pm - 6:00pm
• Friday: 3:00pm - 5:30pm

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with elementary school aged children.
• Positive outlook required.
• Bilingual is a plus.
