School Age Group Leader (Before and/or After School)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Group Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring a group of students, providing educational support and guidance. The Group Leader will play a crucial role in promoting the overall growth and development of our students. We are looking to fill this role at multiple locations: Carver Elementary, Eisenhower Elementary, and Table Mound Elementary.

Duties:

• Provide educational support and tutoring to students, both individually and in small groups.
• Develop and implement lesson plans and educational activities that cater to the unique needs of our students.
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
• Collaborate with other Group Leaders and Supervisors
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and guardians.
• Assist with the management of classroom supplies and resources.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills childhood development and childcare.
• Assist at various sites.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience working with children
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A passion for working with children
• Ability to travel between sites.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
