Position Overview

We are seeking passionate and experienced Rotating and Assistant Teachers to support our teaching staff and guide classrooms and create a nurturing, structured, and engaging learning environment for young children, from Infants to Preschool.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in supporting teachers in their classroom, values professionalism, and is committed to delivering a high standard of early childhood education.

Responsibilities

• Support daily classroom activities and implement age-appropriate curriculum when in classrooms
• Create a safe, structured, and engaging classroom environment
• Assist in maintaining consistent communication with parents through daily updates
• Support staff throughout the school, fill in for lead teachers in their absence
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and safety requirements
• Foster positive behavior and social-emotional development

Qualifications

• Experience in early childhood education (required)
• Strong classroom management skills
• Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate practices
• Excellent communication and professionalism
