• Online State-Required Training: You’ll receive paid time on the clock to complete all 34 hours of Iowa-required courses—no after-hours work.
• In-Person & Classroom-Based Training: We provide over 20 hours of Primrose-specific workshops and allow you to shadow experienced teachers so you can learn routines, build confidence, and get hands-on practice.
• Specialized Onboarding for Primrose Urbandale: If you’re hired for our Urbandale campus, you’ll first train at our West Des Moines location, where you’ll receive full support, coaching, and guided experience before officially joining your home campus. This ensures a smooth transition and sets you up for success from day one.
