What you’ll do

• Lead playful, hands-on lessons using Primrose’s Balanced Learning® approach
• Build early language, counting, fine motor, and creative skills through play
• Help 3- and 4-year-olds learn to share, take turns, manage big feelings, and make friends
• Encourage independence with everyday routines like handwashing, cleanup, and potty training support
• Keep a safe, organized, welcoming classroom that meets Minnesota licensing and Primrose standards
• Share each child’s growth with families and keep parents connected

What you bring

• A passion for early childhood education and working with young children
• Experience in a preschool, daycare, or childcare center preferred
• Ability to meet Minnesota teacher or assistant teacher qualifications
• Patience, creativity, and a sense of humor that survives a room full of three-year-olds
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to get it, we’ll help)
