Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate, creative, and patient Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will foster a positive and nurturing learning environment that supports the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children aged 3 to 5 years. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans in alignment with early childhood education standards.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration.
• Observe and assess children’s development and learning, maintaining accurate records and portfolios.
• Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and staff through regular communication and collaboration.
• Encourage social interaction, cooperation, and responsibility through play and structured activities.
• Ensure the health and safety of children by following proper hygiene, supervision, and emergency procedures.
• Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.

Required Skills:

• Experience working with children in a childcare, nannying, or daycare setting
• Knowledge of age-appropriate caregiving techniques and child development milestones
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with children and their families
• Ability to effectively manage a classroom of children
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic knowledge of first aid procedures

*Other training will be provided upon hire to ensure compliance with the State of Wyoming and the safety of our children.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.50 per hour
