Preschool Teacher

Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care -Supervise children during playtime, meals, and rest periods
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Create a stimulating and engaging learning environment
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians
- Assist with personal hygiene tasks
- Promote positive behavior and discipline techniques
- Collaborate with other childcare providers to ensure a cohesive program

Skills:
- Childcare: Knowledge of best practices in childcare and early childhood development
- Childhood development: Understanding of developmental milestones and age-appropriate activities for children
- Experience working with students: Previous experience working with students in an educational or caregiving setting is preferred
- Caregiving: Ability to provide emotional support and create a nurturing environment for children
- Educate: Ability to facilitate learning through play and educational activities
- Classroom management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain a structured environment
