Preschool Teacher

Every member of our team plays a vital role in creating a culture of love, respect, and learning that allows us reach and teach the kids we are entrusted with. Some of the specific duties and responsibilities of the Lead Teacher role include but are not limited to:

• Provide early education in a faith-based setting by integrating Biblical stories, prayer, and Christian values into daily lessons that also contribute to academic and social development.
• Create and implement lesson plans that follow the center's curriculum.
• Develop a safe, loving, clean, organized, and Christ-centered classroom.
• Build positive relationships with parents by communicating regularly about the students' academic, social, and behavioral progress.
• Maintain all appropriate documentation by updating the center's management application daily.
• Remain familiar with all center/state protocols and specific duties, including sanitation standards.
• Must be able to pass a background check and achieve CPR/First Aid and SIDS certifications.
• Discounted childcare is offered to employees. Pay TBD if applicable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour
