Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging Preschool classroom
- Implement age-appropriate learning activities and The Learning Experience’s L.E.A.P. Curriculum
- Engage children through art, music, movement, literacy, sensory play, and hands-on learning
- Support children’s language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development
- Encourage independence, problem-solving, and positive peer relationships
- Maintain consistent classroom routines and positive guidance
- Observe children’s development and celebrate individual milestones
- Build positive relationships and communicate with families
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
- Follow New Jersey childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous daycare, preschool, childcare, or early childhood experience preferred
- CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus, but not required
- Patient, dependable, energetic, and nurturing
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must meet applicable New Jersey childcare licensing requirements
- $17–$18 per hour
- Full-time Monday–Friday schedule
