What You’ll Do:

• Create and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment for young children.
• Communicate with parents and caregivers to provide insight into their child’s growth and development.
• Observe, assess, and document children’s learning milestones.
• Collaborate with a team of educators to ensure a high-quality early childhood education experience.
• Support children with diverse learning needs and implement behavior guidance strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• EDU 119 (Intro to Early Childhood Education) is required. However, if you have not yet completed the course, we are happy to discuss options for enrollment.
• Passion for working with children and creating a positive learning environment.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.75 per hour
