Preschool Montessori Lead Teacher
VINCI School implements its Award-Winning Blended curriculum for all its students from toddler to elementary. A focus on STEM enables students to take back the ownership of their learning, while enjoying a variety of hands-on learning experiences. We are looking for an experienced Preschool 3-4 yrs old class lead teacher who has experience in Montessori style individualized teaching. The class size is up to 20 students.

1) Very structured and adhere to a set schedule

2) Trained to do informal and formal assessments

3) Expert at ages and stages, setting high expectation while working with students and families in a loving yet disciplined manner.

4) Willing to learn new approaches - Montessori, technology in the classroom, Reggio style creative/STEM learning

Requirement

1) Minimum BA in the field of Early Childhood, Elementary Education or Math/Science

2) Experience in teaching 3-4 years old

3) Technology savvy

4) Hard working, structured, positive, calm and nurturing

5) Retired teacher welcome

6) Montessori background is prefered
