<Duties>

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards.
  • Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence.
  • Manage daily classroom activities to promote positive behavior management and effective classroom management strategies.
  • Support children’s social-emotional development through behavior management techniques and individualized attention.
  • Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate progress, address concerns, and support ongoing child welfare initiatives.
  • Incorporate special education strategies and early intervention techniques to support children with diverse learning needs.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development related to childhood development, toddler care, literacy education, and teaching physical education.

<Qualifications>

  • Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings; prior preschool experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention practices.
  • Demonstrated skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and behavior management strategies.
  • Experience with special education needs and implementing inclusive teaching practices.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, colleagues, and community partners.
  • Familiarity with Montessori methods or other educational philosophies such as private school standards is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain a safe environment while managing multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Certification in early childhood education or related fields is preferred; ongoing professional development is encouraged to stay current with best practices in preschool teaching. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
