Preschool Co Teacher

At BOINGOS Academy, we believe learning should be fun, classrooms should be nurturing, and teamwork makes all the difference! We're looking for a dependable, motivated Preschool Co-Teacher who is ready to jump in, get involved, and help create an amazing environment for our kiddos.

PLEASE READ – REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Minimum of 12 completed college units in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development.
• Must be able to obtain California Community Care Licensing background clearance (Live Scan) or an approved exemption.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent work schedule.
• Must have or be willing to obtain pediatric CPR and First Aid certification.
• Previous preschool or childcare experience is preferred.

What You'll Be Doing

• Working alongside other teachers to create a fun, safe, and engaging classroom.
• Supervising children and maintaining a positive, structured classroom environment.
• Planning and participating in age-appropriate activities, crafts, learning experiences, and play.
• Supporting children's social, emotional, and developmental growth.
• Helping with daily routines, including meals, transitions, outdoor play, and classroom cleanup.
• Keeping classrooms clean, organized, and ready for the next day.
• Communicating professionally and positively with parents and coworkers.
• Following all licensing regulations, safety procedures, and school policies.

Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 30.0 per week
