Preschool 3's Teachers

Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Preschool 3's Teachers to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment tailored to the developmental needs of three-year-old children.

WE ARE HIRING FOR TWO ROLES:

1. A full time preschool 3's head teacher to start around Jan 2027, must have a head teacher certificate. Special education experience is a plus.

2. A part time preschool 3's teacher with a schedule of 2:30pm-6pm Monday through Friday to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans that promote literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional development tailored to preschool-aged children
• Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence
• Manage classroom behavior through effective behavior management strategies and classroom management techniques
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, milestones, and any concerns
• Conduct child development assessments to monitor growth and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
• Maintain accurate records of lesson plans, attendance, and student progress reports
• Provide age-appropriate instruction in physical activities and early intervention strategies when necessary

Skills

• Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices
• Experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, especially with three-year-olds
• Proficiency in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques
• Ability to communicate effectively with young children, parents, and team members
• Knowledge of special education needs and early intervention strategies for diverse learners
• Excellent behavior management skills to foster a positive learning environment
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining flexibility in daily routines
