Preschool 2 year old Teacher

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for students. This role requires creativity, patience, and the ability to engage children in various learning activities while promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Duties

• Develop and implement engaging curriculum tailored to the needs of students.
• Create lesson plans that incorporate literacy education, math, and physical education.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a conducive learning environment.
• Provide individualized support for children with special needs through early intervention strategies.
• Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their growth in childhood development.
• Conduct assessments and standardized testing to monitor student progress.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support child welfare and development.
• Maintain a safe and nurturing classroom atmosphere that promotes exploration and learning.
• Utilize effective communication skills to interact with students, parents, and staff.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Early Childhood Education or Currently obtaining degree in EC.
• Experience working with children in a classroom or daycare setting is essential.
• Knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning techniques.
• Familiarity with behavior management strategies and classroom management practices.
• Experience in special education or working with children requiring additional support is a plus.
• Strong understanding of childhood development principles and early intervention methods.
• Ability to create an inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with students and families.
• Previous experience in preschool or private school settings is advantageous.
