The Role

We are seeking Early Childhood Teachers for our program.

In this role, you will:

• Build strong, responsive relationships with children and families
• Design and facilitate a play-based, constructivist classroom environment
• Support children’s emotional, cognitive, physical, and social development
• Collaborate closely with co-teachers and administration
• Engage in reflection and continuous learning as part of a team

This is a full-time, 40-hour/week position.

Minimum Qualifications

• Meets Colorado Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) licensing requirements
• Has 1+ years experience in early childhood education or relevant education in the field
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of child development and play-based learning
