Preschool / Pre-K Lead Teacher

educated, dedicated, and passionate early-learning professional to join our Preschool / Pre-K team.

We are looking for an educator who understands early childhood development and is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences for children ages 3–5. Full-Time Lead Teacher Positions Available

Competitive Teacher Pay: $18–$20/hour, based on education and experience.
Bachelor’s degree in an education-related field required, with 3 years of experience preferred.

All applicants must be at least 18 years of age and successfully complete required background clearances.

Your Responsibilities

As a Preschool / Pre-K Lead Teacher, you will:

• Develop and implement an engaging, developmentally appropriate educational program for children ages 3–5
• Create and follow thoughtful lesson plans and structured daily schedules
• Design hands-on learning experiences that support children's cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and language development
• Use a variety of teaching strategies, including storytelling, educational play, exploration, movement, music, and creative experiences
• Provide opportunities for children to build independence, problem-solving skills, confidence, and positive relationships
• Observe children and use those observations to support individual growth and development
• Teach and reinforce positive behavior, responsibility, respect, and safe choices
• Encourage children to interact, collaborate, communicate, and work as a team
• Support children's artistic, creative, and practical abilities through meaningful, hands-on experiences
• Provide daily outdoor play and gross-motor opportunities
• Maintain an active, engaging, and well-organized classroom environment
• Communicate consistently and professionally with parents and families
• Collaborate with fellow educators and leadership to provide a consistent experience for children
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom consistent with health and safety expectations
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and ongoing professional development

Do You Have?

We are looking for an educator who has:

• A genuine passion for early childhood education and child development
• An Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Education or a related field (required)
• Experience working with preschool or Pre-K children
• A strong understanding of early childhood development and developmentally appropriate practice
• Excellent communication and instructional skills
• The ability to create engaging, hands-on learning experiences
• A calm, positive, and nurturing approach to guiding children's behavior
• Reliability, maturity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• A balance of
  creativity, organization, initiative, and practical problem-solving

• A desire to continually learn, grow, and become a better educator
