4K Lead Teacher

Limitless Pediatric Solutions – Bluffton, SC

Limitless Pediatric Solutions is an inclusive childcare and pediatric therapy program dedicated to providing children with a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment. We are looking for a caring, dependable, and motivated 4K Lead Teacher to join our team and help prepare young learners for success.

Our program combines early childhood education with pediatric therapy services, creating a collaborative environment where teachers, therapists, and families work together to support each child's development.

Position Responsibilities

The 4K Lead Teacher will:

• Create and maintain a nurturing, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment.
• Plan and implement engaging age-appropriate learning activities.
• Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, communication, and physical development.
• Follow South Carolina 4K program requirements, DSS regulations, and LPS policies and standards.
• Maintain accurate classroom and student documentation.
• Communicate professionally with families, staff, and members of the therapy team.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech-language professionals, and other members of the LPS team when appropriate.
• Participate in required professional development and program trainings.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom.
• Support a positive classroom culture built on patience, respect, empathy, and encouragement.

Qualifications

• Must possess, at minimum, a two-year degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field and be enrolled in and demonstrating progress toward completion of a teacher education program within four years, as required by the program.
• Must meet applicable South Carolina 4K and DSS qualification requirements.
• Previous experience working with young children is strongly preferred.
• Must demonstrate strong communication, organization, teamwork, and classroom-management skills.
• Must be dependable, compassionate, and committed to working with young children and families.

Professional Development:

• Teaching staff are required to complete a minimum of 15 hours of professional development annually, in accordance with DSS requirements.
• Additional professional development and trainings may be required by First Steps throughout the program year.
