After School Teacher/Driver

Do you love working with kids, staying active, and creating fun learning experiences? The Little Learning Preschool is looking for an energetic, patient and caring After School Teacher to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

• Safely pick up students from local schools (must be at least 21 with a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and comfortable driving a 15-passenger van).
• Create a fun, supportive space where kids can finish homework, explore arts & crafts, enjoy the arcade, and play outside.
• Be a positive role model who helps children build confidence, friendships, and skills.
• Enjoy extra hours during school breaks and summer camp!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Application Question(s):

• This job does require transporting children in a company van to/from school. Are your comfortable driving a 12-15 passenger or willing to learn?
• Do you currently hold a valid driver license?
• This is a part time afternoon position ONLY. Are you ok with part time hours (less than 25 hours a week)?
• How many years of experience do you have working with children ages 5-11 years old in group care/school setting?
• In addition to driving, you will be responsible for supervising and caring for children ages 5–12 when they return to TLLP after school, including leading activities and supporting classroom routines. Do you understand and feel comfortable with the teaching and caregiving responsibilities of this position?
