Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Front Office Support
- Customer Service: Greeting families, answering phones, responding to enrollment inquiries, and maintaining positive customer relations.
- Documentation & Reporting: Reviewing daily activity reports, auditing classroom records, managing student files, and helping prepare school newsletters or social media content.
- Director Assistance: Helping the School Directors and Franchisee with calendar management, scheduling, and community outreach events.
Operations & Classroom Support
- Classroom Substitution: Stepping in as a substitute teacher or classroom assistant when needed to maintain state-mandated staff-to-child ratios.
- Daily Operations: Managing teacher lunch breaks and bathroom breaks by providing floating classroom coverage.
- School Mobility: Staying highly mobile throughout the building to assist teachers with immediate classroom needs, transition periods, or arrival and dismissal procedures.
- Compliance Support: Ensuring the facility continuously complies with Goddard Systems, Inc. (GSI) Quality Assurance standards as well as local state childcare licensing regulations.
