Chosen Children Daycare & Learning Center is a growing childcare program dedicated to providing a safe, clean, high‑quality, and nurturing environment for children. We offer a Christian‑based, loving, fun, and educational setting where children learn through play, music, movement, reading, hands‑on activities, and structured classroom routines.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement age‑appropriate lesson plans
• Engage with children in meaningful, developmentally appropriate activities
• Promote social, emotional, and academic growth
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
• Ensure children are supervised at all times
• Support a positive, Christian‑based learning environment
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff
• Assist with daily routines, meals, diapering, and transitions
• Maintain accurate documentation and activity logs (Procare)

Qualifications

• High school diploma (required)
• Ability to complete required training within 30 days of employment and maintain ongoing training
• Commitment to providing a safe and healthy environment for all children
• Ability to create age‑appropriate lesson plans
• Ability to interact, engage, and build rapport with children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to promote social and emotional development
• Must pass a Central Registry and background check per Department of Education requirements
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
