Children’s Learning Center (CLC) is seeking qualified, compassionate Lead Teachers to join our team!

Positions Available:

• Preschool/Early Head Start Lead Teacher (Ages 1 – 3 years)
• Support Lead Teacher (Ages Infant – 5 years)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement developmentally appropriate, engaging learning experiences that promote social-emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.
• Foster a positive, supportive, and safe classroom environment.
• Build strong, collaborative partnerships with families and staff.
• Maintain compliance with state licensing standards and center policies.

Position Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Child Development Associate (CDA) credential required. Higher education (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field) preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional early childhood teaching experience required.
• Background Check: Must have completed a full fingerprint background check.
• Licensing Requirements: Must have completed all state licensing required training.
