Morning Opener / Early Childhood Teacher 

Part Time: $17-$19 hourly pay

• Open and prepare classrooms each morning, ensuring they are clean, safe, organized, and ready for children.
  
  
• Provide hands-on support in classrooms serving infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children.
  
  
• Transition between classrooms and age groups based on staffing needs, enrollment, and classroom ratios.
  
  
• Greet children and families warmly and support a positive drop-off experience.
  
  
• Maintain active supervision and follow all safety, health, and sanitation procedures.
  
  
• Assist with morning routines, diapering, feeding, and age-appropriate activities as needed.
  
  
• Maintain compliance with state childcare licensing requirements and center policies.
  
  
• Communicate effectively with center leadership and teaching teams.
  
  

• Previous experience working in a licensed childcare center or early childhood education setting.
  
  
• Knowledge of the developmental needs of children from infancy through preschool.
  
  
• Ability to adapt quickly and work confidently with different age groups.
  
  
• Dependable, punctual, flexible, and able to work an early morning schedule.
  
  
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  
  
• Ability to meet state childcare employment, background check, and training requirements.
