Montessori Lead Toddler Teacher

Irvine Montessori School is seeking for Certified Montessori Teachers.

Our Toddler Montessori certified teachers are in charge of leading a Montessori classroom of children ages 2 to 3 years old. All of our classrooms are beautifully equipped with high-quality Montessori materials.

As an important part of the lead teacher's role, you will work closely with parents to give them insight into the Montessori classroom. At Irvine Montessori, we prioritize the importance of working together with families as a team. We encourage teachers to maintain open parent communication, whether it be by means of formal report cards or informal notes or phone calls.

Requirements:

• Montessori diploma for the appropriate age group
• At least 2 years experience leading your own Montessori classroom
• Thorough knowledge of the Montessori philosophy, together with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Genuine warmth and love for guiding children and their families.
