Required Qualifications

• Available Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
• Flexible and willing to work 35–40 hours per week
• High school diploma or GED
• CPR/First Aid certified, or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Enhanced background check from IDHW, or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Enrollment in IdahoSTARS PDRS

Daily Responsibilities

• Respond to children with warmth and respect, fostering a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment
• Communicate with parents in a positive, effective, and professional manner
• Work collaboratively with staff to plan and implement the daily program
• Create and present projects and classroom activities
• Perform daily classroom cleaning and organization
• Move comfortably from floor level to standing positions
• Lift and support young children safely
• Supervise all activities to ensure safety at all times
