Lead Three Year Old Teacher

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Three Year Old Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners during a critical stage of their development. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans tailored to three-year-old children, incorporating early literacy, math, physical activity, and social skills.
• Lead classroom activities that promote active learning, exploration, and creativity while maintaining a safe and nurturing environment.
• Manage daily classroom routines, behavior management strategies, and child welfare practices in accordance with licensing standards and best practices.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to share progress, address concerns, and foster strong home-school partnerships.
• Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and support staff to ensure effective classroom management and instructional consistency.
• Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws, health and safety regulations, including first aid and CPR certifications.
• Utilize assessment tools such as standardized testing to monitor developmental progress and tailor instruction accordingly.
• Must hold a TCC, CDA, or Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education.

Skills

• Extensive experience working with children in early childhood education settings, specifically with preschoolers or toddlers.
• Strong knowledge of child development principles, childhood education methods, and behavior management techniques.
• Proven ability in curriculum development that integrates literacy education, math skills, physical education, and social-emotional learning.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, staff, and community partners effectively.
• Classroom management expertise to create an organized environment conducive to learning and safety.
• Experience with special education needs, early intervention strategies, and inclusive teaching practices.
• Familiarity with mandated reporting laws, child welfare policies, and health regulations including first aid and CPR certification.
• Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate play-based learning while meeting developmental milestones.
• Knowledge of preschool teaching standards, standardized testing procedures, and early childhood education best practices.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
