Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Teacher to join our educational team. As a Lead Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students through their educational journey, ensuring their academic and emotional development while promoting child welfare.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
• Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for learning.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively through established classroom management techniques.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing individualized support as needed, including tutoring for those requiring additional assistance.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to communicate student progress and address any concerns related to child welfare.
• Support special education needs by adapting teaching methods and materials accordingly.
• Facilitate early intervention strategies to assist children in reaching developmental milestones.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom conducive to learning.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of literacy education principles and practices.
• Excellent classroom management skills to create an effective learning environment.
• Experience working in preschool settings with young children.
