Lead Teacher

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children. The Lead Preschool Teacher is responsible for creating and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum for children ages, fostering a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. This role involves leading classroom management and working collaboratively with parents and staff to promote the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging curriculum tailored to the developmental needs of toddlers and preschool-aged children.
• Create a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and learning.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, employing strategies that promote positive interactions among students.
• Provide guidance and support to teaching assistants and other staff members in the classroom.
• Foster relationships with families to encourage their involvement in their child's education.
