Lead Teacher

Overview

Totally Tots Early Childhood Learning Center is looking for a preschool teacher for our preschool room.

Duties

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards.
• Lead classroom activities that promote literacy, math, communication skills, social-emotional development, and behavioral health.
• Manage classroom behavior through effective behavior management techniques.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of student progress
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to discuss student achievements, challenges, and strategies for home support.
• Integrate educational technology tools to enhance learning experiences and facilitate individualized instruction.
• Requirements
• Proven experience working with children in early childhood or elementary school settings.
• Excellent communication skills to foster collaboration among colleagues, families, and external specialists.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
