Lead Teacher, Infant and Toddler (must have degree or CDA)

• Provide loving care to the children enrolled in our programs.
• Meet the intellectual, social, emotional, physical, and spiritual needs of the children in our school community.
• Create a safe and inviting environment.
• Plan and implement daily activities to support our curriculum.
• Effectively manage a classroom of children with an assistant.
• Establish strong relationships with parents and families through diplomatic and thoughtful communication.
• Participate in professional growth and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues.
• Maintain an organized classroom, activity plans, records, and approach to responsibilities.
• Follow the philosophy, policies, rules, and regulations of Beech Tree House Center for Child Development, Inc.
• Hours are 7:30-12:00 and 2:00-5:30 Monday-Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
