Lead Teacher – Help Little Learners Grow! (2-Year-Old Classroom)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

Two year olds are curious, determined, funny, and learning something new every day. We’re looking for a lead teacher who enjoys their energy and can guide them with patience, creativity, and care.

This is a busy classroom, full of big feelings, messy play, and “I do it myself!” moments. You’ll help children build confidence, friendships, and independence along the way.

We are a faith-based & play-based center where children learn through hands-on experiences and caring relationships. As our lead teacher, you will:

• Create a warm classroom where children feel safe and loved.
• Develop lesson plans with engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Guide children through routines, transitions, and social skills with patience and consistency.
• Maintain active supervision and a safe classroom.
• Communicate with families and conduct parent-teacher conferences.
• Work closely with your teaching team.
• Our classroom has a total of 12 children. You will be supported by two teacher assistants.

Experience working with toddlers or two year olds is a must.

Pay is $18 to $19.50 depending on experience.

We’re looking for someone dependable and flexible who can stay calm on busy days.

We pay for required training, offer accrued sick time, and provide pay during scheduled center closures. If you love working with two year olds, we’d love to hear from you. We do not offer Health Insurance.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
