Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teachers and Assistant Teachers to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating engaging learning experiences, supporting children’s developmental needs, and maintaining a safe, welcoming classroom environment. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, including literacy, math, and social-emotional learning.
• Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through effective classroom management and behavior guidance strategies.
• Support children’s individual needs, including those with autism or disabilities, by adapting activities and providing personalized attention.
• Maintain clear communication with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress and daily activities.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that promotes active learning and exploration.
• Use specialized techniques such as Montessori or other educational philosophies to enhance early childhood development.
• Collaborate with team members to develop curriculum enhancements and participate in ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• Prior experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is preferred.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices.
• Experience with special education, behavior management, and working with individuals with autism or disabilities is highly valued.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
• Ability to plan engaging lessons focused on literacy education, math skills, and overall curriculum development.
• Familiarity with classroom management techniques suitable for toddlers and preschoolers.
