What You Will Do
The Lead Teacher is responsible for the academic, social-emotional, cognitive, language, and physical growth and development of all children in their classroom. This may include infants, toddlers and/or preschool age children. The Lead Teacher develops partnerships with birth parents and/or guardians to engage and encourage parent participation in program. The Lead Teacher develops weekly lesson plans according to Creative Curriculum and implements age appropriate activities to nurture and stimulate all domains of children's development in their care. The Lead Teacher provides a safe physical and developmentally appropriate classroom environment that reflects the children's learning and growth.
