Job Title: Lead Teacher $19.61-$23.17 Based on education and years of exp.  Job Description:Under the supervision of the Education Coordinator, the Lead Teacher is responsible for creating an environment that promotes the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth of children in their assigned classroom. The Lead Teacher will collaborate with team members to develop and implement creative lesson plans.Key Responsibilities:Arrive at work, meetings, and training on timeDevelop, present, and evaluate appropriate lesson plansSupervise all classroom and daily routine activitiesDirect Teacher and Teaching Assistant in all daily preparation work and clean-upSubmit supply requests as neededSkills and Qualifications:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentExperience in lesson planning and classroom managementKnowledge of child development principlesCommitment to fostering a positive learning environment
