Lead Teacher Child Care

• The ability to work full time
• Previous childcare experience, teaching or other related field.

Job Responsibilities will include and are not limited to:

• Daily interaction and imaginative play with adults and children
• Communicate with children in an appropriate manner
• Following and implementing lesson plans and schedules
• Daily room and building cleaning and sanitizing
• Going outdoors and engaging in creative and imaginative play
• Monitoring and assessing the health and safety of all children in your care
• Helping children how to potty train
• Multi-tasking
• Follow all center policies and state licensing guidelines for childcare centers
• Establishing and maintaining a positive and caring relationship with coworkers, children, families, guardians and other outside agencies.

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree preferred - Level 7 on Wisconsin Registry is required
• CPR certification is nice to have but we will provide
• Must complete background check, physical and drug screen.

Pay: $16.10 - $18.81 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 38.0 per week
