Lead Preschool Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. Duties

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and promote literacy education.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement strategies to encourage good conduct.
• Provide individualized attention to children, ensuring their developmental needs are met through tailored activities.
• Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss children's development and address any concerns.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom that promotes a positive learning atmosphere.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with children in a preschool or childcare setting is essential.
• Strong skills in toddler care, behavior management, curriculum development, and lesson planning.
• Familiarity with private school educational standards is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and the ability to foster a love of learning in young children.
• Relevant certifications or degrees in Early Childhood Education or related fields are preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
