Rainbow Montessori Preschool is an AMS-verified boutique micro-school sanctuary dedicated to true pedagogical integrity, academic rigor, and character development. We maintain small class sizes (maximum 12–18 children) to ensure a peaceful, highly individualized, and deeply nurturing learning environment.

We are seeking a passionate, authentic, and initiative-driven Lead Montessori Teacher who honors the child, deeply respects the prepared environment, and takes pride in implementing the true Montessori methodology without compromises.

Key Responsibilities

• Classroom & Pedagogical Leadership: Plan, present, and sequence individual and small-group Montessori lessons (Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Mathematics, and Cultural Studies).
• Observation & Tracking: Maintain accurate observation logs and developmental records to guide each child’s unique learning journey.
• Prepared Environment: Oversee the care, organization, and rotation of high-quality Montessori materials, ensuring a serene, order-driven classroom sanctuary.
• Parent Communication: Build warm, professional, and transparent relationships with families through regular updates and conferences.
• Culture & Initiative: Model grace, courtesy, independence, and enthusiasm, taking proactive initiative to elevate classroom standards.

Non-Negotiable Qualifications

• Montessori Certification (AMS, AMI, or MACTE-accredited): Must possess a verified Early Childhood / Primary credential (Non-Negotiable).
• ECE Units: Minimum required Early Childhood Education units per state licensing guidelines (transcripts required upon interview request).
• Professional Alignment: High intellectual caliber, warmth, and a deep dedication to the authentic Montessori philosophy.
• Reliability & Initiative: Exceptional punctuality, clear communication, and a self-driven, professional mindset.
• Clearances: Current CPR/First Aid certification, immunization compliance, and live scan background clearance (or ability to obtain before start date).
